Maoist Atrocities
Terrorists have given continuity to their craven characteristics by carrying out inhuman activities of murder, abduction and looting of unarmed people in the country.
Armed Maoist terrorists with the aim to kill Joshiram Thopra was able to flee away from the hold of the armed terrorists. As the terrorists were not able to kill Mr. Thopra, armed terrorists showing their frustration have damaged his house and have looted all the goods and valuable ornaments from the house on September 20, 2005.
Likewise, the Maoist terrorists have abducted eight locals from Bebang area of Baglung district and Devendra Bista resident of Neulapur area of Bardiya district on September 20; 14 students from a Secondary school at Odraha of Saptari district on September 19; a technician Chet Narayan Sharma employee of Gautam Engineering Company at Ishibu of Terhathum district and a Nepali Congress activist Shun Bahadur Tamang resident of Mahadevsthan of Dhading district on September 17, 2005.
Likewise, the Maoist terrorists have destroyed the building of a VDC at Gauragaon of Doti district on September 17, 2005 by detonating a bomb. The terrorists also destroyed all the letters of the office and ordered the employees to handover the salary they received till date.
