Four (4) Maoist Terrorists Killed in Different Region of the Country: May 24. In a counter attack conducted by the Security Forces (SF) when the group of Maoist terrorist threw Socket Bombs on the regular Patrol of SF in Gagal Gaon of Bhumidanda VDC of Kavrepalanchok District Two (2) Maoist terrorist were killed. SF recovered One (1) Pistol, Three (3) Bulltes of it, Three (3) Bombs made ready to esplode and Maoist related documents from the region.
In an operation conducted by the SF in Prem Basti region of Chitwan District Gandak Regional Politbereau Member Mukunda Neupane (Sushil) was killed. SF recovered One (1) Sub Machine Gun, 55 Rounds of Bullets, Parts of weapons, Two (2) Grenade, One (1) Socket Bomb and Maoist related Documents from the region.
May 23. Similarly One (1) Maoist terrorist was killed in Bokshe region of Sindhuli District. SF recovered Two (2) Socket Bombs, One (1) Motor Cycle and Maoist related Documents from the region.
Unarmed Soldier Injured an Armed Maoist terrorist: May 23. The armed Maoist terrorist was injured by the soldier in the border region of Sunsari and Morang District. The terrorist opened fire but the soldier was able to snatch the pistol and injured the terrorist. He was also able to recover One (1) Pistol, One (1) Socket bomb, 25 Detonators, Ten kilograms (10 Kg) of Explosives and Maoist related Documents from the terrorist.
Weapons and Explosives Recovered: May 24. In a search Operation conducted by the Security Forces (SF) in Jutpani, Shantichok and Nayabasti regions of Chitwan District, SF recovered Five Kilograms (5 Kg) of vessel Bomb, Two (2) Detonators, Fifty meters (50 M) of electric wire and One (1) Motorcycle.
Bomb Diffused: Security Forces (SF) has diffused a different kind of Bombs planted by the Maoist Terrorist in different regions of Aagra VDC-4 of Makwanpur District on May 24.

Fire on the vechile that tried to escape from the Check point: May 24. The vehicle numberd Ba. 2 Cha. 3692 did not stopped at the checkpoint at the Golden Gate of the Tribhuvan International Airport . After returning back from the airport the vechicle did not stop at the order of the Security personnel and used an awful words to the personnels standing in the checkpoint. The security personnel then opened fire. The driver, Jay Singh Samant, is undergoing treatment at the Kathmandu Medical College Teaching Hospital. The other police constable, Som Bahadur Bhujel, is being held by the army for further investigation.
Soldier died: May 23. One Soldier died in a lightening in Surya Binayak Chutti region of Bhaktapur District.
Weapons and Explosives Recovered: In a search Operation conducted by the Security Forces (SF) in Tartang Jungle region of Dailekh District SF recovered One (1) Grenade on May 23. Similarly SF also recovered parts of weapons and 329 different kinds of bullets from Katre VDC of Dolakha District on May 22.
Bomb Diffused: Security Forces (SF) has diffused a sack full of explosives and a sack full of Soda from the jungle of Dandakharkha region of Makwanpur District on May 23. Similarly, SF also diffused Three (3) Socket Bombs from the Road Department Office in Surkhet District on May 22.
Humanitarian Assistance: In the initiation of the Security Forces (SF), the group of medical Team treated 651 Locals from Ghushale VDC of Lalitpur District. The medicines were distributed free of cost. From the camp citizenship was provided to 126 Locals of the region.

One Maoist Killed in Cross Firing in Bardiya: May 23. In a cross firing between the armed Maoist terrorist and the Security Forces (SF) in Dhadhawar region of Bardiya District One Maoist terrorist was killed. SF recovered one (1) 303 rifle from the region.
Two (2) Maoist Terrorists Killed: In a counter attack conducted by the Security Forces (SF) when the group of Maoist terrorist threw Socket Bombs on the regular patrol of the SF, One (1) Maoist terrorist was killed in Baliya VDC of Kailali District on May 22. Similarly, one Maoist terrorist was killed in Haulte region of Dadelhura District on May 21.

Lieutenant Laxman Adhikari cremated: Lieutenant Laxman Adhikari who attained martyrdom in a cross firing with the armed Maoist terrorist in Ghanteshor region of Dadelhura District was cremated today at Pashupati Aryaghat. A Royal Nepalese Army contingent had paid a last tribute to late Adhikari. Commander in Chief Pyar Jung Thapa, COS Shadip Bahadur Shah and other high-ranking military officials paid their last respects to Adhikari at the Aryaghat.
Three (3) Maoist Terrorists Killed in Different Region of the Country: May 21. In a cross firing between the armed Maoist terrorist and the Security Forces (SF) in Nayapool region of Dolakha District Section Vice Commandor Ambika Thapa Magar and another Section Vice Commandor Anju Poudel (Archana) were killed.
Similarly, one dead body of the terrorist was found in Dahakhani Jungle region of Chitwan District. SF also recovered One (1) LMG, Eight (8) Magazine full of rounds, Bullets and Maoist related documents. From the spot Four other dead bodies were recovered and one dead body without head was also recovered.
Soldier attained Martyrdom: May 21. One Soldier attained martyrdom in an electric ambush conducted by the Maoist terrorist in Sanga chowk of Sindhupalanchok District and One soldier attained martyrdom in cross firing with the armed Maoist terrorist in Chayandev region of Makwanpur District.
Weapons and Explosives Recovered: May 21. In a search Operation conducted by the Security Forces (SF) in the cave of chucheveer region of Panchthar District, SF recovered equipments used to conduct electric ambush, socket Bombs, Bullets, Maoist related Documents, 45 Bags, 2 Watches, One Binocolor, 25 pairs of Combat Dresses and 75 pairs of clotheses. Similarly, SF recovered Bombs, equipments used to conduct electric ambush from different regions of Makwanpur District and 25 Kilograms of Can ID Bomb and 300 meters of electric wire from Kalinjor region of Sarlahi District.

Three (3) Maoist Terrorists Killed in Different Region of the Country: May 17. In a cross firing between the armed Maoist terrorist and the Security Forces (SF) in Motipur region of Siraha District and Juling region of Nuwakot District One (1) each Maoist terrorist was killed.
Similarly, One (1) Maoist terrorist was killed in Shiultaar region of Sanjya District. SF recovered parts of weapons, bullets and Fifty meters (50 M) of electric wire from the region.
Weapons and Explosives Recovered: May 18. In a search Operation conducted by the Security Forces (SF) in Shiuri region of Rolpa District, SF recovered One (1) Pipe bomb, Two (2) Socket Bombs and Three Hundred meters (300 M) of electric wire. Similarly, SF recovered One (1) Gun from Tapeshwor VDC of Saptari District and One (1) Socket Bomb from Shiutaar region of Sanjya District on May 17.
Local Killed: May 18. Maoist terrorist had killed Dewti Gurung from Devdaha VDC-2 of Rupandhehi District. She was tortured and was shot on her head.

One Terrorist and One Suspect Killed: May 16. One Maoist terrorist was killed when the terrorist tried to escape from the hold of the Security Forces (SF) in Gaikhur VDC-2 of Gorkha District.
May 16. Around 1:30 AM the suspect aged around 23/24 years old tried to enter the runway of the Tribhuvan International Airport carrying a sack and was ordered to halt by the SF. But the suspect did not halt and ran away leaving the sack and was killed.
Weapons and Explosives Recovered: May 15. In a search Operation conducted by the Security Forces (SF) Dadheldhura District, SF recovered One (1) Detonator. SImilarly, SF also recovered Fibe (5) Guns, parts of weapons, Large amount of Socket Bombs, and Maoist related Documents from Sheram region of Rolpa District on May 15 and One (1) Pistol and bullets from Parsha District on May 10.

1. Two (2) Pressure Cooker bombs from the Shanti garden of Aarghakhachi District.
2. Tul Bomb from Balabhadra region of Kanchanpur District.
Humanitarian Assistance: In the initiation of the Security Forces (SF), the group of medical Team treated 369 Locals from Jhajhidanda region of Lalitpur District and 470 Locals from Thimi municipality of Bhaktapur District on May 16. The medicines were distributed free of cost.
The health camp held from May 14 and May 15 in Bholetaar region of Lamjung District treated 518 Locals of the region. Citizenship was provided to 211 Locals, Passport was provided to 15 Locals, 275 domestic animals were treated, seeds of different fruits and vegetables were distributed to 520 farmers of the region, aged allowances was provided to 99 Locals, Disable allowances was provided to 25 Locals, Stationary materials was provided to 35 Locals, scholarship to 15 students of the region.
Similarly, the health camp held in different regions of Rukum and Rolpa District treated 2557 Locals of the regions. The medicine were distributed free of cost. Citizenship was provided to 759 Locals, Aged allowances was provided to 118 Locals, 500 packets of ionized salt was distributed and 1500 meters of pipe was provided for the assistance of drinking water.

Seven (7) Maoist Terrorists Killed in Different Region of the Country: May 14. In a cross firing between the armed Maoist terrorist and the Security Forces (SF) in Khokling region of Taplejung District One (1) Maoist terrorist was killed. Similarly, in a search operation conducted by the SF in Larmela Gaon of Tamaan VDC of Baglung District Platoon Commander Sandesh, militia Nara Bahadur Buda and woman militia Dhana Kumari Buda were killed. SF recovered One (1) Gun, One (1) Revolver, Six (6) Bullets, Grenade, different kind of Bombs, Seven (7) Detonators, Two (2) Coils of electric wire, Combat Dressed, One (1) Solar Panal, One (1) sleeping Bag and Maoist related documents.
May 13. In a search operation conducted by the SF in Pame region of Kaski District, Rajbikram Bhurtel and his wife Sita Bhurtel were killed. SF recovered One (1) Pistol, Socket Bombs and Maoist related Documents from the region.
In a counter attack conducted by the Security Forces (SF) when the group of Maoist terrorist threw Socket Bombs on the regular patrol of the SF, One (1) Maoist terrorist was killed in Rabi region of Panchthar District on May 11.
Weapons and Explosives Recovered: May 14. In a search Operation conducted by the Security Forces (SF) in Madhumalla region of Morang District, SF recovered Three (3) motorcycles used by the Maoist terrorist. SF also recovered One (1) Pistol, One (1) Binocular, One (1) Telephone Set and Maoist related Documents from Bhogtoni region of Rajarani VDC of the same district.
Soldier attained Martyrdom: One Soldier attained martyrdom in a cross firing with the armed Maoist terrorist and the SF in Philingedanda region of Dolakha District on May 14.
Three Soldiers attained martyrdom in a cross firing with the armed Maoist terrorist in Jawang Khola of Jogimara VDC of Dhading District on May 10.

1. Bomb weighing Fifteen Kilograms (15 Kg.) from Kanchanpur District.
2. Bomb weighing Ten Kilograms (10 Kg.) from Kailali District.
Humanitarian Assistance: May 14. In the initiation of the Security Forces (SF), the group of medical Team treated 660 Locals from Bhardeu region of Lalitpur District. The medicines were distributed free of cost. Citizenship was provided to 110 Locals.
Similarly, in the initiation of SF, the group of medical team treated 1107 Locals from Takshera region of Rukum District. The medicines were distributed free of cost. Stationary materials was distributed to 350 students, 500 packets of Ionized salt was distributed, Rs. 25,000 and Four (4) sack of cement was provided for the assistance for the drinking water.

In a operation conducted by the Security Forces (SF) in Jamaai-5 Barayati Tole of Morang District, Area Commander named Rajbanshi was killed. Similarly, in the search operation conducted by the SF One (1) Maoist terrorist was killed in Khopachangu VDC of Dolakha District.
In a cross firing between the armed Maoist terrorist and the SF in different regions of Chitwan District Five (5) Maoist terrorist were killed. SF recovered One (1) Revolver, Two (2) Bullets, 150 meters of electric wire and different kind of Maoist related Documents from the region.
Weapons and Explosives Recovered: May 13. In a search Operation conducted by the Security Forces (SF) in Sauraha of Bhawanipur VDC of Parsha District SF recovered One Sack full of explosives. Similarly, SF also recovered One (1) Pipe Bomb and 400 meters of wire from Tankkhola region of Rolpa District.
May 12. In a search operation conducted by the SF in Dharapuri region of Humla District, SF recovered One (1) Pipe Bomb, 70 meters of electric wire, Combat Jackets, sleeping Bags and Maoist related Documents.
Soldier attained Martyrdom: May 13. One Soldier attained martyrdom when he was shot by the Maoist terrorist in an search operation conducted by the SF in Mustang Chowk region of Pokhara Sub-Metropolitan City.
Bomb Diffused: Security Forces (SF) has diffused an improvised bomb placed by the Maoist terrorist from Rautahat District on May 13 and road side bomb from Shreepur VDC of Kanchanpur District on May 12.

Maoist Terrorist Killed: May 11. In a cross firing between the armed Maoist terrorist and Security Forces (SF) in Chilanga VDC of Dolakha District One (1) Maoist terrorist was killed.
Weapons and Explosives Recovered: May 11. In a search Operation conducted by the Security Forces (SF) in Debariya, Sukumbashi Tole, Campur Road and Jai regions of kailali District, SF recovered 200 meters of electric wire and One Socket Bomb from Khote region of Surkhet District.
May 10. SF also recovered One (1) 303 rifle, Fifty-Five (55) rounds and One (1) Socket Bomb from Uwa region of Rolpa District and Six (6) different kind of Bombs, Seven (7) pairs of Combat Dresses and Maoist related Documents from Harjang region of the same District.

बन्दको समयमा बिरामी तथा अति आवश्यक कामको लागि आवतजावत गर्ने सर्वसाधारणहरुको अनूरोधमा उपत्यका बाहिर आवतजावत गर्ने गाडीहरुलाई सूरक्षा प्रदान गर्न गैर सैनिक ड्यूटीमा खट्टिएका सूरक्षाफौज माथि मिति द्दण्टज्ञ बैशाख द्दढ गते धादिङ जिल्लाको जोगिमारा गा.वि.स.मा पर्ने हूग्दी खोलामा सशस्त्र माओवादी आतंककारीहरुले संयूक्त सूरक्षाफौज माथि एक्कासी फायर खोली तथा बम बिष्फोट गराई आक्रमण गर्दा भएको दोहोरो भिडन्तमा ज्ञछ जना भन्दा बढी आतंककारीहरुको मृत्यू भएको छ। उक्त भिडन्तका क्रममा शाही नेपाली सेनाका छ र नेपाल प्रहरीका द्द गरी जम्मा ठ जना सूरक्षाकर्मीले वीरगति प्राप्त गरेका छन्।

साथै सोही दिन उपचारको लागि चितवनबाट काठमाण्डौं आईरहेको एम्बूलेन्सलाई सोही ईलाकामा आतंककारीहरुले अन्धाधून्ध गोली प्रहार गरी सो एम्बूलेन्समा रहेका ड्राईभर तथा बिरामीलाई शख्त घाइते बनाई चितवन तर्फ नै फर्कन बाध्य बनाएका थिए। यसरी गैर सैनिक ड्यटीमा खट्टिएका सूरक्षाकर्मीहरु तथा बिरामीको एम्बूलेन्स माथि कायरतापुर्ण आक्रमण गर्ने आतंककारी समूहको निन्दनीय कार्यको बिरुद्ध बिशेष सर्च अपरेशन भई रहेको छ।
यसैगरी आजै भोजपूर जिल्लाको देउराली ईलाकामा पट्रोलिङ गई रहेको सूरक्षाफौज माथि आतंककारीहरुले फायर खोल्दा दोहोरो भिडन्त शूरु भएको र सो ईलाकामा सर्च कारवाहीको लागि थप सूरक्षाफौज परिचालन भई सकेको साथै यस बारे बिस्तृत बिवरण आउन बांकी रहेको।
Bomb Diffused: May 11. Security Forces (SF) has diffused Explosives from Uwa region of Rolpa District and Twenty Kilograms (20 Kg.) of Mine from Shreepur VDC-6 of Kailali District. Similarly, SF diffused a Tole Bomb from Gothagaon region of Morang District on May 9.
Humanitarian Assistance: In the initiation of the Security Forces (SF), the group of Medical teams treated 2411 Locals of Phaparbari VDC and Palungtaar regions of Makwanpur District on May 10 and May 11. The mecdicine were distributed free of Cost.

Armed Maoist Fired Passenger Bus: At least 13 persons including six civilians were killed in Dolkha’s Mainapokhari when the Maoists fired at a passenger bus heading towards Kathmandu from Jiri Sunday afternoon at 11:30AM.
The terrorists fired indiscriminately at the bus and the cross firing lasted for almost Half and hour killing Five (5) Maoist terrorist in the spot. According to the villagers and the eyewitness more dead bodies and injured were carried by the Maoist to their hideouts. Six (6) civilians were killed and Seventeen (17) were injured.
Cpl. Indra Kumar Katel, Prasant Oli Chettri, Bhodbir Rai, Dhana Bahadur Shrestha, Raj Kumar Puri, Meen Bahadur Singh, T. Seg. Meen Bahadur Shrestha, T. Gem. Ramsinghasan Gupta attained martyrdom in the incident.
Slight Damage in Chopper: May 10. The chopper was slightly damanged when landed in Salyankot of Dhading District as the electric ambush went off that was conducted by the Maoist terrorist. The maintance was done on the spot and was back to Kathmandu. In the operation Two (2) Maoist terrorists was killed.
Three (3) Maoist Terrorists Killed in Different Region of the Country: May 10. In a cross firing between the armed Maoist terrorist and Security Forces (SF) in Bayarang jungle region of Madimulkharkha of Sankhuwashava District Two (2) Maoist terrorist were killed. The terrorists were identified as Santosh Gurung (alais Bijaya) Section Commander of Company "A" of 18 Batallion and militia Lila Bahadur Katuwal of 17 Batallion. SF recovered Socket Bombs, Detonators with electric wires and Forty Kilograms (40 Kgs.) of Logistics from the region.
Similarly, One (1) Maoist terrorist was killed in Dhulo Lampek region of Gulmi Distric in a search operation conducted by the SF.
Weapons and Explosives Recovered: May 9. In a search Operation conducted by the Security Forces (SF) in Bhoje VDC of Lamjung District SF recovered 500 meters of electric wire. SF also recovered One (1) Pressure Cooker, Twelve (12) Coils of electric wire and Maoist related Documents from Kashuwa Gaon of Sankarpur VDC-4 of Kanchanpur District.

Five (5) Maoist Terrorists Killed in Different Region of the Country: May 9. One (1) each Maoist terrorist was killed in Godak VDC Shilpur region of Illam District and in Beteni region of Makwanpur District. SF recovered Two (2) Sacks of Raw explosives from the region.
In an operation conducted by the SF in Salyankot VDc-4 Chishapani of Dhading District One (1) Maoist terrorist was killed. SF recovered One (1) Grenade, One (1) Socket Bomb, equipments used to conduct electric ambush and Maoist related Documents from the region.
May 2. In a cross firing between the armed Maoist terrorist and the SF in Chuladanda region of Udaypur District Two (2) Maoist terrorist was killed.
Woman Killed in Ambush: May 9. Fifty-Year-Old woman of Shreenathkot VDc-9, Naysanghu of Gorkha District died in an ambush conducted by the Maoist terrorist. The injured daughter of the woman was airlifted to Shree Birendra Hospital Chhauni for the treatment.

SF recovered different kind of Bombs, Eleven (11) Detonators, One (1) Coil of wire from Salyankot VDC region of Dhading District and Ten (10) different kind of Bombs, equipments used to conduct electric ambush and Maoist related Documenst from Rajhar Bheldandi region of Nawalparashi District.
Bomb Diffused: Security Forces (SF) has diffused a different kind of Bombs planted by the Maoist Terrorist in different regions of Nuwakot District on May 9. SF also diffused a Two Liter (2 Lr.) of Preesure Cooker Bomb from Banke District on May 9 and Socket bomb and Explosives from the Checkpoint in Jajarkot District on May 8.
Humanitarian Assistance: May 8. In the initiation of the Security Forces (SF), the group of medical Team treated 567 Locals from Sudal VDC-7 of Bhaktapur District. The medicines were distributed free of cost.
Similarly, Citizenship was provided to 182 Locals, Passport to 2 Locals, 1285 Domestic animals were treated and Medicine was distributed, and different assisatnces related to agriculture, women and forest was also provided.

Maoist Attack Passenger bus, Kill Seven (7) SF and Six (6) Civilians: At least 13 persons including six civilians were killed in Dolkha’s Mainapokhari when the Maoists fired at a passenger bus heading towards Kathmandu from Jiri Sunday afternoon.
The terrorists fired indiscriminately at the bus, killing six Royal Nepalese Army soldiers, an official of the Armed Police Force and six passengers. Security forces had gone to the area to remove barriers laid on the highway by the Maoists.
The security personnel also fired back, but the casualties on the Maoist side were not known. Those injured have been airlifted to Kathmandu for treatment.
Thirteen (13) Maoist Terrorists Killed in Different Region of the Country
1. May 8. Three (3) Maoist terrorists were killed in jungle region of Bharatipur of Nawalparashi District. The Security Forces (SF) caught the Maoist terrorist with Socket Bombs and 303 rifles. They were taken to Bharatpur and in the way the terrorist tried to escape from the hold of the SF. SF warned them not to escape but they disordered the order and were shot dead. Similarly, in the operation conducted by the SF in Bheldari region of the same District Four (4) Maoist terrorists were killed.
2. May 7. In an operation conducted by the SF in Mahadevsthan VDC of Dhading District One (1) Maoist terrorist was killed. SF recovered Two (2) Socket Bombs and Maoist related Documents from the region.
3. May 6. In a counter attack conducted by the SF when a group of Maoist terrorists threw Socket Bombs on the regular patrol of the SF, Two (2) Maoist terrorists were killed in Sailungeswori VDC-1 of Dolakha District.
4. May 6. In a cross firing between the armed Maoist terrorists and the SF One (1) Maoist terrorist was killed in Uwa Gaon region of Rolpa District.
5. May 5. In a counter attack conducted by the SF when a group of Maoist terrorists threw Grenade on the regular patrol of the SF, Two (2) injured Maoist terrorists were killed on the way to the Hospital in Kamalpur, Dangraha VDC-5 of Morang District. SF recovered Two (2) Pistols, Bullets, Socket Bombs, equipments used to conduct electric ambush and Maoist related Documents from the region.
Soldier attained Martyrdom: May 8. One Soldier attained martyrdom on the way to the Nepaljung Hospital as the Maoist terrorist had abducted the soldier and had brutally given the Physical torture and was shot with Bullets and also had sharp cuts of the Khukuri.
Weapons and Explosives Recovered: May 8. In a search Operation conducted by the Security Forces (SF) in Mahabharat Lake of Phedi region of Sindhuli District, SF recovered different kind of Bullets, Bombs and equipments used to conduct electric ambush. Similarly, SF also recovered different kind of Bombs from Chuplu Bhanjang region of Okhladhunga District.
May 7. SF recovered Two (2) Socket Bombs and Grenade from Pashgaon of Lamjung District; One (1) Gun from Gaam region of Rolpa District; Five Kilograms (5 Kg.) of Pipe Bomb and Two Kilograms (2 Kg.) of explosives from Janakpur region of Kailali District.
May 6. SF also recovered One (1) Revolver and Bullets from Letang Kheruwa region of Morang District; Three (3) Socket Bombs, One (1) Binacular and Combat Dresses from Tawashree VDC-4 of Udaypur District; Five (5) Local Guns, Two (2) Socket Bombs, One (1) Electronic detonator, One (1) Pressure Cooker and Eighty (80) Pairs of Combat Dresses from Kashikadh region of Dailekh District; Three (3) Pistols from Birtamod of Jhapa District.
Bomb Diffused: Security Forces (SF) has diffused a Hoax Bomb from nearby of the Valley Police Office in Kathmandu on May 8, a Twelve Kilograms (12 Kg.) of bucket bomb from nearby Baadganga College in Kapilbastu on May 7, Four Kilogram (4 Kg.) of bomb the Food Labrotary of Kaski District on May 5 and Three (3) Vessels Bomb from Rangshi Bhanbhane region of Rolpa District on May 5.

One (1) each Maoist terrorist was killed in Bhalokhop region of Panchathar District and Brishrampur VDC of Dhanusha District. Eight (8) Maoist terrorists were killed in the border region of Puythan and Aarghakhachi District and Three (3) were killed in Simalpani region.
May 4. Similarly, One (1) Maoist terrorist was killed in Jhorhaat region of Morang District.

Soldier attained Martyrdom: May 5. One Soldier attained martyrdom in an electric ambush conducted by the Maoist terrorist in Mahadevsthan VDC-5, Chapdanda Ratikhola region of Dhading District.

In a search Operation conducted by the Security Forces (SF) in Husingh region of Palpa District, SF recovered One (1) Motorcycle and One (1) Cell Phone; Three (3) Socket Bombs, One (1) Binocolor, Combat Dresses and Maoist related Documents from Tawashree VDC-4 of Udaypur District.
May 4. SF recovered Five (5) Guns, Two (2) Socket Bombs, One (1) Electronic Detonator, One (1) Pressure Cooker, Eighty (80) pairs of Combat Dresses, One (1) sleeping Bag and Maoist related Documents from Kashikandh region of Dailekh District.

In a search operation conducted by the Security Forces (SF), One (1) each Maoist terrorist was killed in Limba of Panchathar District and in Bhaishahi of Bardiya District. SF recovered One (1) Pistol, Two (2) Socket Bombs and Bullets from Bhaishahi region of Bardiya District.
In a counter attack conducted by the Security Forces (SF) when the group of Maoist terrorist threw Socket Bombs on the regular patrol of the SF, Two (2) Maoist terrorists were killed in Hathisude region of Makwanpur District, One (1) in Dharabaan region of Surkhet District and One (1) in Shalkhola region of Jajarkot District. SF recovered One (1) Cordless set, Different Kind of Bombs, One (1) Grenade, equipments used to conduct electric ambush, Combat Dresses and Maoist related Documents from the region.
Soldier attained Martyrdom: May 4. One Soldier attained martyrdom in an electric ambush conducted by the Maoist terrorist in Udaypurgadi of Udaypur District.

May 3. In a search operation conducted by the SF in Madheli-5 of Sunsari District, SF recovered One (1) Gun and Maoist related Documents. Similarly, SF recovered One (1) Five Litre (5 Litre) of Bucket Bomb, One (1) Fifteen Kilograms (15 Kg.) of Pipe Bomb, and Fifty Meter (50 M) of wire from Dhadhuwa region of Ramechhap District.

In a cross firing with the armed Maoist terrorist in Dhunudya VDC of Kapilbastu District One (1) Maoist terrorist was killed. SF recovered One (1) Chinese Pistol, Two (2) Magazines, Socket Bombs and Bullets from the region.
One (1) Maoist terrorist was killed in Chhang region Tanahu District when the terrorist tried to escape from the SF.
Similarly, in a operation conducted by the SF, Two (2) Maoist terrorists were killed in Banke District as the regular patrol of the SF found the group of Maoist terrorist planting an Ambush in the west of Dhanauli. SF recovered Two (2) Pressure Cooker Bomb, American Revolver and its Bullets, equipments used to conduct electric ambush and different kind of Maoist related Documents.

Eight Maoist Terrorist Killed
Five (5) Maoist Terrorists Killed in Bara District: May 2. Five (5) Maoists were killed in a security operation in the Lal Ratanpuri area of Bara district. Maoists have been identified as Thir Bahadur Khadka (Compnay Commandar), Dhiraj, Dinesh, and Mukesh. The remaining one is yet to be identified. SF recovered One (1) SLR, Two (2) SMG, One (1) 303 rifle, Four (4) Pistol, One (1) 12 Bore, Large amount of Socket Bombs and Explosives from the region.
Three (3) Maoist Terrorists Killed in Different Region of the Country: May 2. In an operation conducted by the Security Forces (SF) One (1) Maoist terrorist was killed in Aatrali region of Sarlahi District. SF recovered One (1) Motorcycle, Maoist related Documents and Logistics from the region.
In a counter attack conducted by the Security Forces (SF) when the group of Maoist terrorist threw Socket bombs on the regular patrol of the SF, One (1) Maoist terrorist was killed in Tinkatte Jungle region of Terhathum District. SF recovered One (1) Socket Bomb and important Maoist related Documents from the region.
April 30. In an operation conducted by the SF in the Jungle of Mapesh Khola One (1) Maoist terrorist was killed.
