Maoist Terrorists Killed : Security Forces killed Six (6) Maoist terrorists in different places of the kingdom. Five (5) Terrorists were killed in Mugra area of Kalikot District. SF recovered Magnum Rifle, pistol and 16 Quintals of food grain. The recovered Food grain were later distributed to needy locals. One terrorist, named Punya Prasad Koirala ( Shankar) , was killed in Ekamba area of Sunsari District. The killed terrorist was identified as planner of terrorists group. SF recovered weapons and literatures from the areas.
Terrorists bear losses on Kharchok area of Gorkha District: SF encountered a group of armed terrorists in kharchok area of Gorkha District and during cross fire terrorists bear some losses. Details are yet to arrive.
Combat Dresses, Logistics Recovered: During search operation, SF recovered large amount of combat dresses, appliances for electrical ambush and other logistics from Chandeswori area of OkhalDhunga District.
Soldier attend Martyrdom: Two SF soldier died on their line of duty when the combined SF troops were ambushed by Terrorists group in Jogbudha area of Dadeldhura District. Other injured soldiers were evacuated for further treatment. SF is intensifying its search operation in the nearby area.

Maoist Terrorists Killed : Security Forces killed Nine (9) Maoist terrorists in different places of the kingdom. Five (5) Terrorists were killed in Martadi area of Bajura District. Killed terrorists were identified as Bhim Bahadur Bista (Bhukampa), Dhan Bahadur Rokaya (Chitiz), Prem Lohar (Bikal) , Raja Bahadur Dadal (Rajesh) and one remained unidentified. SF recovered grenade, socket bombs, binocular and literatures from the near by area. One terrorist, named Ram Sharan Shrestha (Sharan), was killed in Kintanbesi area of Dhading District. SF recovered one grenade, 5 socket bombs 8 bullets, 18 detonator and 5 kg explosives from the area. Three terrorists were killed in the Jungle near Hatti Khola and Goru Bari area of Surkhet District. SF recovered 2 local guns, 14 socket bombs and literatures from the nearby areas.
Suspect Terrorist Killed : One suspect with suspicious act near the SF post was killed by the SF sentry after warning. Security Forces killed Nine (9 Maoist terrorists in different places of the kingdom. The incident occurred at chyangthapu area of Panchthar District. Further investigation is being carried out.

Maoist Terrorists Killed : Security Forces killed Five (5) Maoist terrorists in different parts of the country. Three (3) terrorists were killed in Chhatiwan area of Makwanpur District. The killed terrorists were identified as so-called squad members of the terrorists group. SF recovered pistol with bullets and socket bombs from the region. One (1) terrorist was killed in Daiji Champapur area of Kanchanpur District. SF recovered socket bombs from the area. SF patrol encountered a group of armed terrorists in Daha area of Jumla district and killed one armed Terrorist. The killed terrorist was identified as so-called Platoon commander of Armed group. SF recovered socket bombs and explosives from the area.

Maoist Terrorists Killed : Security Forces killed Six (6) Maoist terrorists in Jhapa and Doti District. Four (4) terrorists were killed in Khuduna Bari area of Jhapa District. SF recovered Pistol with bullets, Socket Bombs, Explosives and Appliances for Electrical Ambush. Further, two (2) terrorists were killed in Bipinagar area of Doti District. SF recovered Explosives and Socket Bombs from the nearby area.
Humanitarian Assistance Provided: Security Forces' medical team, with doctors, assisted free health camp and distributed free medicines to 143 locals of Gorkha District.

Maoist Terrorist Killed : Security Forces killed one (1) Maoist terrorist in Rolpa District. SF recovered explosives from the nearby area.
Cross Fire Killed One : One Local was killed in a cross fire between Armed Maoist terrorists group and SF's Patrol in Pawang area of Rolpa District and another one local injured in Falate area of Dhankuta District. Further investigation is being carried out at those places.
Looters Captured: looters, fakery identifying them as RNA personnel, looted jewelry from Mahendra Nagar area of Kanchapur District and were later captured by SF's Patrol. They were identified as Bhagwati Bhatta and Mukesh Bahadur Chand.
Seminar on Law of Armed Conflict and Human Rights Conducted: Two days Seminar on Law of Armed Conflict and Human Rights Conducted on September 9 and September 10 2002 was conducted in Army Head Quarter. 5 Brigadier General and 11 Colonel of RNA and Participants from International Red Cross and Human Rights participated on the seminar.

Terrorists Suffered heavily On 23 September, 74 Terrorists Killed: Security Forces collected twenty four (24) dead bodies of terrorists after SF's offensive attack on 23 September. Further, Eye-witnesses added 50 more dead bodies were taken away by the terrorists themselves in a bamboo basket. SF's three soldiers attend the martyrdom during the operation.
Maoist Terrorists Killed : Security Forces killed Two (2) Maoist terrorists in Barhaghare area of Bharatpur Municipality, Chitwan District. SF recovered socket bombs and explosives from the nearby areas.
Weapons, Explosive Recovered: SF recovered huge amount of socket bombs, one local gun, one pistol from different places of Rolpa District and one revolver and 20 Batteries sets for conducting electrical ambush from Katari area of Udayapur District.

Maoist Terrorists Killed : Security Forces killed Five (5) Maoist terrorists in different places of the kingdom. Two (2) Terrorists were killed in Kolakhana area of Dadeldhura District. One terrorist, named Nanda Lal Dangi, was killed Kubhindedaha area of Salyan District, one in Jungle nearby Dharkhunath area of Humla District and one, identified as Man Bahadur Ghale (Gyan Dhoj), in Saloni area of kavrepalanchok District. SF recovered weapons, explosives, socket bombs and appliances used in electrical ambush from the nearby areas.
Weapons, Food Grain Recovered: SF recovered large amount of food grains with utensils from Kotgaun area of Rolpa District and two local guns from Musigaoun area of Bajura District.
Soldier attend martyrdom: Three SF soldiers attend martyrdom in cross fire between SF patrol and armed Terrorists group in Rolpa District. It was known that terrorists bear heavy losses but details are yet to come. SF is still intensifying its search operation in the near by area.
Humanitarian Assistance Provided: Security Forces medical doctors provided free health camp and distributed medicines to 300 locals of Khalanga District, 143 locals of Gorkha District and 50 locals of Garjan area of Dolakha District.

RNA helicopter Damaged: RNA helicopter RAN-36 MI 17 was damaged when it crashed during takeoff at Tribhuwan International Airport. The helicopter was in its regular flight to Western Nepal. The failure of tail wing caused the crash. There were 5 crew member and 9 passengers, out of which 3 got injured. Further investigation is being carried out.
Heavy Losses in terrorists side, 76 terrorists killed : Security Forces killed Seventy Six terrorists. SF identified and conducted its operation in Hideouts in different places of Rukum district and killed Fifty Five (55) terrorists together with so-called instructor, platoon commander and other armed terrorists. SF recovered one Light Machine Gun ( LMG), 6 303 Rifle, 1 magnum rifle, one 2" mortar, 7 bombs of 81 mm and 2" Mortar. grenades, explosive, socket bombs, magazines and cash ( NRS 26, 458 and IC 2,035). During the operation one Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO) of SF attend martyrdom and few soldiers injured.
Fourteen (14) terrorists were killed in different places of Rolpa. The killed terrorists were believed to be involved in attacking SF base at Sandikharka of Aragakhanchi and Gham of Rolpa. SF recovered weapons, explosives and bombs from the area.
Two terrorists were killed in Takla area of Jumla district and two more in Kapilakot area of Sindhuli District. One terrorist each killed in Basnauta area of Dadeldhura district, Duipiple of Lamjung and Barda Devi of Achaam District.
Terrorists own Bomb exploded, one innocent girl killed: Fattehpur, Banke. Bomb carried by the Terrorists exploded and killed one innocent gild aged four and injured another woman after terrorists forcefully enter into their house. From the eye witness it was known 15 terrorists were killed and others injured. SF recovered 1 303 rifle, one 12 Bore and bullets from the spot.
Terrorists Dead Bodies recovered: SF recovered Two (2) dead bodies of terrorists from near by region of Jafti of Dadeldhura District.
Humanitarian Assistance Provided: Security Forces medical doctors provided free health camp and distributed medicines and food grains ,previously recovered from terrorists group, to local peoples of Jogbuda area of Dadeldhura District.
Terrorists fire killed one innocent woman: One woman killed when terrorist set up the fire in Khaijana pur area of Udaupur District.

Maoist Terrorists Killed : Security Forces killed Five (5) Maoist terrorists in different parts of the kingdom. Two (2) terrorists were killed in nearby area of Nuwagaun and Budagaun of Rolpa district, two (2) in Baluwa area of Saptari District and one in Tatopani area of Jumla District.

Maoist Terrorists Killed : Security Forces killed Seven (7) Maoist terrorists in different parts of the kingdom. One (1) terrorist each were killed in Thale Danda area of Solulhumbu district, Batase area of Sindhupalchok District and Badichour area of Surkhet District. Also, SF killed two (2) terrorists each in Bishnupur area of Siraha District and Baluwa area of Saptari District.
Weapons, Explosive Recovered: SF recovered 303 rifle with 6 rounds, revolver with 5 rounds, 12 Bore, 17 socket bombs, binocular, 70 pairs of combat dresses, 20 Quintal food grains, 100 Kgs of salt, terrorists literatures and sleeping bags from Kapilakot area of Kavre District.

Maoist Terrorists Killed : Security Forces killed One (1) Maoist terrorist in Gairada area of Bardia district on 18 September. The killed terrorist was identified as Mahesh Chaudhari (Bijuli). SF recovered socket bombs and explosives from the area.
SF soldier abducted: Terrorists abducted one SF soldier from Mahadevsthan area of Sindhuli District on 16 September. The soldier was in leave when the incident occurred.

Maoist Terrorists Killed : Security Forces killed Four (4) Maoist terrorists in different parts of the kingdom. One (1) terrorist was killed in Champa Nagar area of Chitwan district. The killed terrorists was identified as Dhan Prasad Gurung, member of so-called area committed member of Revolutionary group belonging to terrorists group. In past, he was involved in various terrorists acts. SF killed three (3) more terrorists in Deudakala area of Bardia District.
Locals grouped to fight against terorists: 100 Locals from Liwang of Ropla District formed a group to retaliate against the terorists.

Maoist Terrorists Killed : Security Forces killed Five (5) Maoist terrorists in different parts of the kingdom. Two (2) terrorists were killed in Gothgaun area of Ramechap district, two (2) in Barakoti area of Ramechap District and one in Tulsipur area of Dang District.
Fire on Electric Sub Station controlled by SF: SF's Fire Fighting team controlled the fire set on electric sub station by terrorists group in Gaur District. SF is conducting search operation in the nearby region.

Maoist Terrorists Killed : Security Forces killed Six (6) Maoist terrorists in different parts of the kingdom. One (1) terrorist was killed in Khurkot area of Parbat district, one in Josipur area of Kailali District, three (3) in Pipaladi area of Kanchanpur District and one in Chuchepatti area of Kathmandu District.
Bombs Diffused: SF diffused 2 Bombs (IED) each weighing 10 kg and 5 kg at Tichour area of Pyuthan District. SF further recovered 200 meter electrical cable, Battery Box and Power supply box from the spot.
Locals Injured when bomb exploded: Five civilians, including 2 children, were injured when powerful bomb, planted by terrorists, exploded in busy area of Gokhunga area of Arghakhachi District.

Maoist Terrorists Killed : Security Forces killed Three (3) Maoist terrorists in different parts of the kingdom. Two (2) terrorists were killed in Bardadevi area of Achaam district and one (1) in Chulachuli area near the border of Jhapa and Ilam District.SF recovered sockets bombs, explosives, bullets. medicines and other logistics and captured eight (8) terrorists from the Chulachuli area.
Suspect Killed: One suspect, trying to attack SF, was killed when SF retaliated. The incident occured at Aankhisalla area of Dhankuta District. Further investigation is being carried out.

Maoist Terrorists Killed : Security Forces killed Five (5) Maoist terrorists in different parts of the kingdom. Two (2) terrorists were killed in Dumre Dharapani area Khotang district, one (1) in Latinath area of Darchula District and two (2) in Tilpung area of Ramechap District.
SF Soldiers injured in ambush: Few SF soldiers were injured when the SF's vehicle was trapped in an electrical ambush placed by terrorists group. The incident happend in 10 Km east of Kusum area of Dang District. SF is intensifying its search operation in the nearby region.

Maoist Terrorists Killed : Security Forces killed Fifteen (15) Maoist terrorists in different parts of the kingdom. Four (4) terrorists were killed in Thansing and Bhadratar area of Nuwakot district, four (4) in Sharmathali and Bageshwori area of Nuwakot and Rasuwa District, three (3) in Dododhara area of Kailali, Two (2) in Katunje area of Dhadhing District and one (1) each in Dharapani area and Chalaune Pani area of Salyan District.
Weapons Recovered: SF recovered 2 Pistols with bullets, local weapons, and socket bombs from Khanar area of Sunsari District. Further, SF recovered 303 rifle, explosives and socket bombs from Arghakhanchi District.
Bombs Diffused: SF diffused 2 Bomb (IED) targeted to local people at Amargadi area of Dadeldhura District, one bomb each in Egarakilo area and St. Joseph school of Gorkha District.
Soldiers attend martyrdom: Seven SF soldier attend martyrdom when terrorists ambushed SF on their way to Security Base Camp at Aambhanjyang area of Makwanpur District. Earlier, SF were employed on diffusing bombs at various places.

Maoist Terrorists Killed : Security Forces killed Thirteen (13) Maoist terrorists in different parts of the kingdom. Three (3) terrorists were killed in Jhumka area of Sunsari district, four (4) in Purano Gaun area of Pyuthan District, one (1) in Daha area of Kalikot, Two (2) in Nauwasta area of Banke District and three (3) in Beladevipur area of kailali District on 11 September.
Terrorists Dead Bodies recovered: SF recovered Fiffty Eight (58) dead bodies of terrorists from near by region of Sandhikharka of Arghakhanchi District and one more from Sindhuli District.
Weapons and Explosives recovered: SF recovered 2 local weapons, bullets, socket bombs and explosives from Jhapa District.

Maoist Terrorists Killed : Security Forces killed Fourteen (14) Maoist terrorists in different parts of the kingdom. Nine (9) terrorists were killed in Dokraiana area of Dang district, four (4) in Pahariya area of Kailali and one (1) in Gumda area of Gorkha District on 10 September.
Terrorists Dead Bodies recovered: SF recovered seven (7) dead bodies of terrorists from Khadka Gaun area of Sindhuli District. Further, Fifty Nine (59) socket bombs were recovered from near by Bhiman jungle.
Soldier attend martyrdom: One SF soldier attend martyrdom in encounter with terrorists group at Pakuwa area of Parbat District. One SF officer attend martyrdom when a grenade exploded during search operation in Okharkot area of Pyuthan District.

Security Forces intensifying its search operation :
Sandhikharka, Arghakhachi District. Heavy damage on terrorists side reported when there was a exchange of fire between SF and Terrorists group. SF recovered 17 more dead bodies in the nearby area. According to eye witnesses, terrorists taken away more dead bodies in bamboo baskets. SF bear the loss of 17 soldiers and 6 more injured in the incident. SF conducted blocking operations in many places and killed 13 more terrorists in Hansapur area. In the operation one SF soldiers attend martyrdom and two more soldiers injured.
Maoist Terrorists Killed : Security Forces killed Five (5) Maoist terrorists in different parts of the kingdom. Three (3) terrorists were killed in Gumda area of Gorkha disctrict, one each in Deura area of Bajhang and Saipu area of Sindhuli District on 9 September. One suspect was killed in Karmaiya area of Makwanpur district when he tried to break the prior warning.
Weapons, Explosives and food grain recovered: SF recovered 3 local weapons, pistol with bullets, socket bombs, Logistics and appliance used in electrical ambush from Jhapa District. Further, SF recovered large amount of food grain from Manebhanjyang area of Shankhuwasava District.
Bombs Diffused: SF diffused 3 Pipe Bomb (IED) targeted to local people at Barhabishe area of Shankhuwasava District

Exchange of Fire between Security Force and Terrorists: Sandikharka, Argakhanchi District. Exchange of fire has been reported from Sandhikharka between SF and terrorists group. There has been casualties on both sides. Re-enforcement has been sent immediately after the encounter. SF are continuing the blocking operation on possible escape routes. Further details are yet to come.
Maoist Terrorists Killed : Security Forces killed Nine (9) Maoist terrorists in Phubari Naka area of Dang District. The terrorist was identified as Dharma Dhaire, Top Bahadur B K, Bhariwal, Ram Kumar (Mailo), Top Bahadur Nepali and Manoj and three others were still to be identified. SF recovered explosives, weapons, socket bombs and appliance for electrical ambush.
Weapons recovered: SF recovered 4 local weapons from Jhapa District.
Suspect Injured: One suspect, tried to break the imposed curfew, was injured when SF reacted in Ghorai area of Dang District. He was later rescued to Nepalgunj Hospital for treatment.

Terrorists cowardly attacked Police post in Sindhuli: Terrorists cowardly attacked police post in Sinduli and killed 40 Policemen. 19 other are injured and 13 more are still missing. The post lost communication around 12:15 AM. The reinforcement was trapped by the terrorists ambush and one SF soldier injured in the accident. The terrorists placed ambush on the other re-enforcing routes.
SF are conducting road block operations on the likely escape routes of the terrorists.

Maoist Terrorists Killed : Security Forces killed One (1) Maoist terrorists in Baisa Naka area of Dang District. The terrorist was identified as so-called Platoon Commander "Bibel".. SF recovered 490 bullets of 303 rifle, 400 kg explosives and other logistics.
Humanitarian Assistance Provided: Security Forces medical doctors provided free health camp and distributed medicines to 409 local peoples of Marge area of Salyan District.
Explosives Recovered: Security Forces (SF) recovered 3 sacks of socked bombs and 11 coils of cable used in electrical ambush from Nunthala region of Solukhumbu District. Further, socket bombs, explosives and microphone sets were recovered from chyan dadna area of Khotang District. Also, exploives, bullets, pipe bombs and other bombs were recovered from Chabahil area of kathmandu.
Terrorists Surrendered: Four (4) persons invovled in terrorists activities surrendered to SF in Solukhumbu District.
Bombs Diffused: SF diffused Bucked Bomb (IED) targeted to local people at Sahid Chok and Milan Chok of Bharatpur Municipality of Chitwan District and one more bomb from class room of Bidya Bikas School at Besishahar of Lamgung district.

Maoist Terrorists Killed : Security Forces killed three (3) Maoist terrorists in different region of the country. One (1) Maoist terrorists each were killed in Mehalkuna region of Surkhet District, Simalpani area of Arghakhanchi District and kanda area of Bajura District. SF recovered weapons and socket bombs, explosives.
Humanitarian Assistance Provided: Security Forces medical doctors provided free health camp and distributed medicines to 145 local peoples of Gorkha District.
Combat Dress Seized: SF seized 15 pairs of Combat Dress from Karthali area of Sindhupalchok District during search operation.
Terrorists Harassed Locals: SF rescued a Mother and Sister of a soldier of SF and admitted to Army Hospital in Kathmandu. They were harassed and bitten by the terrorists group.

Recovered Cash, Gold deposited on nation's account: Security Forces recovered Nrs 8,00,000 from Megnath Sharma, Brother of Maoist Leader Devendra Poudel, Nrs 19,94,500 from laxmi Maharjan Karki, wife of Terrorists Ravi Karki and Nrs 28,95,335.50 from the house near Sitapaila Kathmandu, where terrorists were Hiding. SF also recovered foreign Currency USD $ 7, Singapore $ 6, Korean Currency 1,000, 44 pieces of Rs 500 Nepalese currency, IC 785 and other foreign currency 56. Further SF recovered 55 tolas Gold from Megnath Sharma and 51 more tolas and 7 silver ornaments from other locations. The recovered cash and metals were deposited on Nations account through Nepal Rastriya Bank.
Maoist Terrorists Killed: Security Forces killed Seven (7) Maoist terrorists at the Motipur area of Bardia District. SF identified terrorists hideouts and camps and conducted its operation. Killed terrorists were identified as Duchha Tharu (Goli) lahanu Tharu, laxman, Pravin, Aago, Dhamaka and Sahasi.SF recovered weapons and socket bombs, explosives.
Soldier attend martyrdom: One SF soldier attend martyrdom when trying to diffuse the bomb placed by terrorists. The bomb was placed at Malangawa area of Sarlahi District and targeted to the local people.

Maoist Terrorists Killed: Security Forces killed four (4) Maoist terrorists at the different region of the country. Two (2) maoist terrorists were killed at Rajje Maname region of Dang District on 3 September. One (1) terrorist each were killed at Nawami Danda region of Panchthar District and SAntipur area of Ilam District. SF recovered weapons and socket bombs, explosives.
Food Grains Recovered, Distributed to Locals: Security Forces (SF) recovered 15 quintal food grain, dried pulses and Sugar from the sugarkhal region of Dadheldhura District and later distributed to needy locals.
Humanitarian Assistance Provided: Security Forces medical team, with doctors, conducted health camp at Dadheldhura District. 450 local peoples were treated and were distributed prescribed medicines.
Terrorists Surrendered: So-called local area committee secretary and Militia commander surrendered to Local Authority in Mugu District and so-called 5 Battalion Members serrendered to Local Authority in Rolpa District.

Maoist Terrorists Killed: Security Forces (SF) killed One (1) maoist terrorist in its search operation carried out at Thampal Dham region of Sindhupalchok District. The killed terrorist was identified as Pasang Lama (Umesh). SF recovered one Pistol with round, Bomb from the dead body.
Explosives Recovered: Security Forces (SF) recovered 43 KG Sulphur and white Phosporus from the Jhalari region of Kanchanpur District.
Humanitarian Assistance Provided: Security Forces medical team, with doctors, conducted health camp at Gorkha District. 187 local peoples were treated and were distributed prescribed medicines.
Investigation on RNA Soldier : Nava Raj Karki, RNA soldier, and others involved in ransom case is under custody. If found guilty, the involved people will be charged according to the law. They were believed to be involved in demanding ransom with the local businessman.

Maoist Terrorist Killed: Security Forces killed four (4) Maoist terrorists at the different region of the country. Two (2) maoist terrorists were killed at Bhawang region of Rolpa District on 31 August. Also, two (2) terrorists were killed at Bimire region of Dhading District. SF recovered weapons, socket bombs, explosives and Bullets of 303 rifle.
Weapons, Rounds, Explosives and Food Grains Recovered: Security Forces (SF) recovered 1,800 rounds of 7.62 MM from the Porpali region of Kalikot District and explosives, appliances used to conduct electrical ambush and five quintal food grains from the Kalika region of Kalikot District. SF also recovered 9 local guns from Doti District.
Humanitarian Assistance Provided: Security Forces medical team, with doctors, conducted health camp and also distributed medicines to the 53 locals in Chepag area of Surkhet District.
