The security force on July 31, 2005 defused a ready-to-explode landmine planted by the terrorists at Prabhupaila area of Pyuthan district and on July 30 the Improvised Explosive Device (IED) planted near a tree on the side of the Mahendra Highway and IEDs hung on banners at Sauri area in Dang district.
