Directorate of Public Relations (DPR) of the Royal Nepalese Army (RNA) raised concern over retaliation carried out by the locals against the terrorists in various premises of the kingdom. The outlawed Maoists are terrorists without any doubt but they should be handed over to security forces for further legal procedure. Citizens are requested not to take law in their own hands. RNA also asked the locals to hand over the Maoist terrorist to the nearby base of the Security Forces or to the Patrol of the Security Forces.
